Description
Kerol Ltd was established by Coopers to be the new company for the business purchased from Quibell Bros. These documents related to the transaction by which Coopers acquired the business of Quibell. Also included is an envelope with typescript detailing the sequence of the transaction. Among the documents are the main purchase agreement and related promissory notes, signed.
