Description

Institutiones et demonstrationes anathomicae. De febribus. De chirurgia efficaci sive majori tractatus. The first work is illustrated by a pen-drawing of the arteries, and there are 4 folding tables of the muscles. The surgical treatise is illustrated by 15 coloured pen-drawings of surgical instruments of which 3 are folding. Title of the second work in red. The MS. is an unnamed student's notes of lectures; written by the same hand as the preceding MS. It may perhaps be dated the same year as the physiological section of the 'Institutiones' [MS. No. 4267]. Produced in Naples.
