Description
In an envelope (retained), three completed agreements (carbon copies) for:
Robert Reginald Baxter, with signatures in pencil, including Henry Wellcome signature (1914);
Robert George Fargher, with ink signatures, signed on Henry Wellcome's behalf (1914);
Dr Sidney Herbert Daukes, unsigned copy (1919), with related administration note from Andrew Balfour attached.

The envelope is date-stamped 7 January, 1915, and lists contents as Baxter, Fargher and one other (not present, "returned to Col. Balfour"). The Daukes agreement therefore subsequently added. Envelope marked Dr Pyman, WCRL.
