Minute Book: Board of Directors, AGMs

This volume contains minutes of meetings of the board of directors and AGMs. Meetings of the board of directors did not take place very often, sometimes only once a year. Meetings generally discussed only statutory and administrative matters, though there is some information about the financial position of the company, and payment of dividends, included. The tenure of directors is mentioned, and there are some reports from the board included. There is an index at the front of the volume. pp. 67 onwards are blank.
