2 notes by Shillitoe of examination of patients, 1871-1872 (nos. 22-23), no. 22 of Mr. John Weddle injured in a railway accident and no. 23 of a Mr. Hawes involved in action against the Great Eastern Railway Company, the latter item accompanied by a note from the railway company; 1 prescription by Shillitoe, n.d (no. 24); letters to Shillitoe, 1865-1874 (nos. 25-30), including 1 describing bathing treatment at Luchon (no. 28) and 1 from a patient at Luchon accompanied by a statement of expenses on the journey and during the treatment and a form provided by the Luchon baths to note the treatment required (no. 30).
