Part 1 covers volumes 1-16 and dates 1978-1993. Part 2 covers volumes 17-19 and dates 1994-1996. Part 3 covers volumes 20-25 and dates 1997-2002. According to the list included with the newsletters it is clear that the numnber of issues per year is inconsistent. Possibly volume 7 no. 1 is mising.
