Legal Opinion (Radford & Frankland, 40 Chancery Lane) concerning Lockwood's right to "one third of the profits above 25%", with a covering letter (7 May, 1881).

Legal Opinion (Radford & Frankland), dated 14 July, 1881, addressing the possibility of "getting rid" of the original Agreement.
