Signed minutes of monthly and Annual General Meetings of Board of Directors, which contain minutes of meetings of Committees including Finance, House, Farm, Works, Stables and Garage, and Gardens. Additional reports and material at the rear of the volume include a memorandum regarding the work and duties of the clerical staff in the Stores Department, May 1939; emoluments to Dr Mayer-Gross; and a copy memorandum for consideration by the Secretary of State for Scotland regarding amendments to Law concerning lunatics and mental defectives, August 1939.
