The notebook contains details of experiment methodology, handwritten results and tables regarding angiotensin experiments. Vane appears to have been working with Domenico Rejoli on these experiments, but this notebook belongs to Vane. The notebook has his name on the inside cover and the information is all in Vane's handwriting. Details in the notebook include:
