Description

Letters between Lucy E M O'Regan and J B S Haldane regarding O'Regan's plea for Haldane to assist her in securing the release of her son, former Brigader James F O'Regan, from Dartmoor Prison. Haldane's reply contains a letter on the reverse from Haldane to Jack Brent, Secretary of the IBA, informing him of O'Regan's situation and requesting further information. Includes a cover note in Haldane's handwriting stating "International Brigade Association".
