This volume contains minutes of meetings of the board of directors and AGMs for the company.
Meetings of the board took place at infrequent intervals at this time - for example, there are no records of meetings between 15 Dec 1941 and 15 Dec 1942. Meetings primarily discussed statutory matters, but also the administration of the company, and personnel, especially membership of the board. Some meetings also deal with particular business transactions.
