Description

In 1948 the Eugenics Society made a grant of £100 to FPA to survey its clinics. The Family Relations Group, of which the FPA was a member, proposed sending a memorandum to the Minister of Health on the need for clinics dealing with family welfare including family planning. To obtain the required data Dr Blacker drew up the questionnaire. Memorandum on proposed annual conference of representatives of Birth Control Clinics, by C P Blacker. Aug 1939.
