Two copies (soft- and hard-cover) of "Memorandum and Articles of Association". Adopted by Special Resolution, 8 July, 1946. Both copies are stamped (on Contents page): "Alterations in red ink became effective on 20th April 1953".

Loosely inserted inside front of the hard-cover copy is a single sheet headed "Minute No. 52" which comprises a Memorandum (25 August, 1941) setting out the relationship of the Trustees of the Will of Sir Henry Wellcome to the Directorate of The Wellcome Foundation Ltd.
