Photograph of a certificate relating to the injuries received by Charles Kellott, Landman, on board the Royal George in 1807. Part of a set of certificates addressed to the Directors of the Chatham Chest (from 1803 the Chest at Greenwich), a fund for the relief of men hurt or wounded in naval service, concerning disabilities and wounds of various seamen.
