Powers of Attorney: Robert Clay Sudlow and William Henry Kirby

Two manuscript documents, of identical date, addressed "To whom it may concern", one authorising Sudlow, the other Kirby. The documents are identical except that Kirby's authority does not appear to extend to signing cheques, although both include the phrase "and any other documents which may be required in the usual course of our business." Both documents signed Burroughs Wellcome & Co.
