Annual Returns to Companies House [form 6A]

Annual returns contain information required under the Companies Act 1929, on form 6A, except in the case of the return for 1929 which was compiled under the Companies Acts 1908-1917.

Information includes particulars on shares and shareholders, the company's financial position, and the directors of the company.

There are returns for every year 1929-1941, a copy return for 1943 of which part survives, and a postcard from Companies House in their wartime Llandudno offices acknowledging receipt of a return for 1945. Some notes are affixed to some returns.
