Notebook containing notes on materia medica, mainly extracted from relevant historical and contemporary works, with a few press cuttings pasted in. Including pen sketches of Guaiacum leaves pasted in at f.118. The extracts are often dated with a note of where the work was read, such as the British Museum, the Linnean Society, the Pharmaceutical Society or the London Institution. Index.
