Sketchbook created by Audrey Amiss, containing watercolour sketches (mostly colour), annotated with subject of painting. Some paintings are annotated "by AJA by Jesus", "by AJA under God" or "helped by Jesus by AJA". Subjects include observed scenes, trees, plants and parks (Tooting Bec), people, scenes at hospital grounds [presumably Tooting Bec Hospital], and seagulls.
The date has been estimated during cataloguing and is based on the contents of the volume, and the date found on the press cutting inside the sketchbook.
