Biographical note
This committee first met in Oct 1937, to oversee the management of the Central Branches Fund, paid for by the new branch subscriptions. The Committee was composed of Council members and members of the Central Branch Committee. In 1950 a re-organisation of procedure led to the closure of the Branches Organisation and its separate accounting operation
