    On the motion of Mr. Cochrane Young, The Earl of Mansfield was re-elected Chairman for the ensuing year. The List of Directors now stands as printed on page three. On the motion of Bailie Paton, it was unani¬ mously resolved that the Meeting re-appoint Messrs. Mackenzie & Dickson as Secretaries and Treasurers of the Institution, and that the Chaplain, Auditors, and Matron be re-elected.
