The main sequence of patient notes is in rough alphabetical order, and some of the records are incomplete. The original order has been maintained, apart from when it has been possible to reunite different parts of a record.

Conditions treated include neck, back, knee and foot problems, sciatica, scoliosis, and lumbago. The records also include other information such as the outcome of treatment, and any payment issues experienced.

Patients treated include politicians, diplomats, members of the peerage, actors, dancers and other prominent individuals.
