Kepler Malt Extract Company Ltd: Share Certificates

Share Certificates (with some Transfer of Shares Certificates) in the names of Silas Mainville Burroughs, Henry Solomon Wellcome, Philip Embury Lockwood, Isabella Marie Lyman, Henry Alexander Lyman, Carl Fierz, Charles Frederick Gardner, John Flower Jackson, and Alfred Bishop.

Also included, a Memorandum of Agreement (11 April, 1882) between Robert Clay Sudlow and Burroughs Wellcome & Co, in which Sudlow agrees to hold 20 shares in trust for the Company, "notwithstanding that they shall be registered in his name."

Also, a note (29 May, 1885) signed by S M Burroughs and Henry S Wellcome declaring that "all Kepler Extract of Malt Co. Limited shares which I hold in my name upon this date are partnership property of the firm of Burroughs Wellcome & Co, having been purchased by the said firm for whom I hold them in trust."
