Description

Blank forms for recording data on admission and the progress of children in Hannahfield Hall. The forms record information based on assessments made through psychometric testing, observations by Doctors, information obtained from nursing staff as to toilet training, dressing and undressing, eating, relationships with others, sleep and general behaviour; and school and occupational therapy information based on assessed tasks.
