Reports covered the period 1 Jul to 30 Jun until the 32nd report, which also covered 1 July to 31 Dec, after which each report covered a calendar year. Accounts are published in the reports; those in C.1/3 are signed, and C.1/5 has separate signed accounts enclosed.
