Description

Agreement (dated 18 November, 1909, signed and sealed by both parties) concerning payment to Timson of £7,500, "in consideration and recognition of the services of the said Mr Timson during the past ten years with reference to the Chicago Flexible Shaft Company and other business in which he has been engaged on behalf of Messrs Cooper (other than their Sheep Dip Business for which he was engaged by them)...."

The file also contains a document without title (author not indicated), advising sale of the property owned by the Chicago Flexible Shaft Company, and the setting up of a "new Securities Company". Together with a covering sheet headed "Finances & Taxation". Annotation in pencil provides a date of 1916.
