Correspondence regarding the continuation of HGBASE and draft agreement on collaboration between the European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), Centre for Genomic Research at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden and Interactiva Biotechnologie GmbH in Germany. HGBASE is a database of SNPs (single-nucleotide polymorphisms) and other human genome variations.
