Collection of 56 anatomical pen and water-colour drawings: of which 19 are originals, and the remainder copies of Sagemoller's work. With holograph descriptions by the artist. The artist states on the second drawing 'ic Marten segemoller van oldenborch habe dese Menschliche angesichte gezeykent en ut het leven Mett grotte verstyheit undersocht met godes hulpe en sonder des Menschen hulpe geanatomeseert als ic her gehelle licham des Menschen van der houdtschetel an tot den onders der voeten solches den hebbic angenomen te duen en ic voltrochen vor den erwerdigen herren, herren Johannes vor hooren professor der stat leyden int' ... The end of the inscription seems to be wanting. The original drawings have accompanying holograph notes.
