Description
The UK-USSR Medical Exchange Programme was established in 1984 to encourage cooperation betwen Soviet and British doctors and other health professionals, including medical tours of both Britain and Russia, to visit hospitals and meet other health care professionals. A film was also created as part of the programme, based on a 1985 visit to the USSR.
