On the recto of the last leaf is a note dated 2 November 1702, recording the coming of a Franciscan Mission to the village of Olesa [Oleza]. On the fourth preliminary leaf 'Hic liber est de me Michaellis Bartroli Juuenis Pharmacopolae anno 1689'.
