One copy draft replacement articles of association to be adopted in 1928; one copy draft articles of association presented to F S Lowe by J A Hill, and annotated in pencil, presumably by Lowe, with covering notes attached to the front cover; one copy of full memorandum and substituted articles of association as adopted in April/May 1928. Lowe's copy of the draft has had the dates of adoption of the new articles of association inked in to it.
