Correspondence and papers relating to enquiries and contacts from journalists and media researchers about articles they are writing or television or radio programmes, or films they are making on health care for old people. Covers a wide variety of issues including long stay hospital patients, conditions in nursing and residential care homes, effects of drugs on old people and drug trials on the elderly, support for carers, GP lists and removal of elderly patients from or refusal of, elderly GPs.

Mainly memoranda and notes on questions received, some letters from national and local television and radio companies (e.g. Thames TV, BBC, Granada TV), journals, magazines, and national and local newspapers, newspaper and magazine articles.
