Lettering note

Lettering continues: "among other buildings "commandeered" for the use of wounded is the English Church at Mafeteng, on the Basutoland border. Dr. Somery the resident surgeon, who has been untiring in his efforts to alleviate suffering, is here shown going his rounds"
