Gentlemen, I beg to submit for your consideration my Fourth Annual Report on the sanitary condition of the Southall-Norwood Urban Sanitary District for the year 1894, drawing your attention to the annexed tables of vital statistics and cases of infectious sickness, reported under the Notification Act, as required by the Local Government Board.
