Includes only the medical evidence of 6 physicians of Mexico and Puebla: Pedro Rengel, Juan de Contreras [d. 1624], Juan de Barrios [see M.9], Pedro de Porras Farfán, Hernando Rangel Ortiz, and Pedro López [1527-1597]; all of whom (1595-99) agree that Cadena's health would benefit by his removal from the cold air of Puebla. His chronic and painful debilitating digestive symptoms are fully described.
