"Cosmetics Project": internal correspondence

The file includes a copy Agreement (1960) concerning "technical advice and information" between Produits de Beaute Antoine SARL, of Paris, and Cooper, McDougall & Robertson Ltd - further to the "Transfer Agreement" (of even date) granting all rights to the trade name "Antoine". Also, a supplementary copy Agreement (1961).

The final note in the file (3 June, 1964) refers to a meeting with Fassett & Johnson Ltd "to discuss possible purchase by this company of Antoine Beauty Preparations Ltd...."
