About this work

Description

Convened to review the existing Child Welfare Medical Record Card for children 0-5 years. The cards were originally published by Hodgetts Ltd, publishers of The Medical Officer. That publisher sold the journal and cards to Pergamon Press in 1968. At the end of 1970 Pergamon sold the Card rights to Macmillan (Journals) Ltd. (See also S.3/2)
