Description
Minutes (mostly signed) up to 31 Mar 1987 are loose. Minutes from 20 Jan 1987 to 14 Nov 1988 are pasted into one volume, thereafter the minutes and the tabled papers were held in with treasury tags. For reasons of storage and preservation these papers have been removed by the archivist and retained individually
