Description
Reception log book recording any noteworthy occurrences, correspondence received, phone calls, and interactions with the general public and media, matters arising requiring attention, and mothers' experiences of birth. Also used to record new members enrolled and paid subscriptions, details of sales and re-orders of stock. Log book generally records the name of the NCT member on duty, number of letters received, number of participants at NCT classes, and other matters of interest.
