Barraclough was based at Kuching, Federal Malay States, where he was Head Office Representative. He joined McDougall Bros Ltd in 1921. Resigned from post in 1935 (ill-health), and returned to UK. Correspondence concerns medical condition, pension entitlement and prospects of alternative employment.
