Manuscripts and essays on the subject of cannabis and other drugs

Comprises files regarding various essays and other writings by Abrams on the topic of drug use and law, particularly cannabis. Some files, particularly those in PP/SAB/B/2/4 and PP/SAB/B/2/5 provide an account of Abrams' cannabis law reform campaign activities in the 1960s and 1970s, including his involvement with the Wootton Committee and resulting Wootton Report.
