Description
Draft agreement (1946) between The Wellcome Foundation Ltd and Therapeutic Research Corporation, granting it the right to manufacture various Wellcome Foundation products "according to the formulae and specifications of the Owners and to mark the same with the Trade marks hereinafter referred to."
Correspondence about a short (45 mins) film of Othello described in the press as a "tabloid version" because of its condensed format. With three newspaper cuttings of reviews. (The British film was made by Harry Halstead Productions, directed by David MacKane, released November 1946.)
Correspondence with British Industrial Films Ltd concerning their use of a unicorn logo (long-used by Burroughs Wellcome & Co) for their Unicorn Film Strip Library.
