W., aged 34 years, was |tted into the Aledical College Hospital on the 10th of laber, 1869, with a femoral aneurism. ■was a tall, well-made, active, muscular, and healthy-look- an. A native of Barbadoes, the earlier part of whose [;ad been spent at sea; he has been several years in and served for seven j^ears in the Lahore Light Horse, }i[uently as a rough rider, and last of all, as a barman in the taverns in the Lall Bazar. I^ives the following history of his case. About three years ;} sprained his toes in falling from his horse, but he does Itttribute his present disease to that accident. Six or |imonths ago, he and another man were lifting a weight '.out 2001bs., when he felt something give way in his just about the site of the tumour, but no was taken of it and the sensation passed away.
