[Begins:] Con esta fecha digo a los Cavalleros comisionados de Sanidad publica de las Garitas de S. Lazaro, y la Viga [&c.]. Produced in Mexico. Copies of 2 directives dated 27 February & 3 March 1813 to the Comisionados de sanidad providing for the quarantine, medical examination, and fumigation of clothing and baggage of the Archbishop-elect and his retinue before allowing them passage to the City.
