Description
The 1924 document was misfiled with the records of Morris, Little & Son Ltd.
The 1930 document has been stamped to indicate that it was the copy of J A Hill, Company Secretary at Cooper McDougall & Robertson, Berkhamsted. The document has been altered by hand to indicate that it is dated as above. The original articles of association appear to have been drafted in 1924, and amended subsequently.
