Warrant (signed by T. Southampton and addressed to William Wardour, Clerk of the Pells), dated 24 May 1662, requiring debentures to be made from time to time for payment of fees to Richard Wiseman, one of his Majesty the King's chirurgeons, of yearly fee of £40 and a yearly annuity of £150 for life which was granted in 1661.
