Information contained includes patient name and number, name and address of Obligant, date of admission, date of discharge or death and additional notes (e.g. Institution supplies clothing, no clothing a/c, no charge for repair of clothing). Dates of discharge and death are not always recorded.
The earliest date of admission in this volume is 1857 and the latest is 1916.
Five letters and one business card were found loose in this volume, several having become detached from pages. These letters relate to notifications of Obligant change of address and visits to patients.
