Description
Monthly reports submitted to the meetings of the Boards of Trustees and Directors. Reports comprise, one volume of reports by the appointed Visiting Directors giving details of their monthly inspection of the hospital; five volumes of monthly reports by Medical Superintendents giving details of statistics and events; and one volume of reports by the House Steward.
