12 February, 1927. Memorandum from J A Hill to Charles Timson, advising him of a Special Conference of Directors, at Berkhamsted, 15 February, "to consider proposals for increase of capital, to be submitted formally to the Board Meeting on Wednesday the 16th instant". With the following papers attached:

3 February, 1927. Copy letter to Messrs Roney & Co enclosing draft Balance Sheet for Cooper, McDougall & Robertson Ltd, at 30 September, 1926, and copies of three Reports on Ottery Mine, N W Australia (18 November 1925, 20 May 1926, and 23 July 1926). The Mine was originally worked as a tin mine but subsequently acquired by "our Australia company" for the purpose of recovering arsenic.
