Description
A painting by psychiatric patient 21 depicting an exterior view of the hospital and hospital grounds. The original mount (removed for conservation reasons) had "Remembered Scene" inscribed on it.
Reproduced in The Symbolism of Style fig 2.1, page 20.
The title has been taken from the caption used in Rita Simon’s publication.
