A catalogue of the genuine and entire collection of pictures, of Mr. John Wootton, of Cavendish Square, landscape painter; consisting of great variety of landscapes and other subjects, painted by himself; and several historical and other pieces, by different masters. Which will be sold by auction, by Mr. Langford, at his house in the Great Piazza, Covent Garden, on Thursday the 12th, and Friday the 13th of this instant March 1761. The same may be viewed on Tuesday the 10th, and every day after till the time of sale, which, on account of the great number of lots, will begin each day punctually at half an hour after eleven o'clock. Catalogues of which may be had gratis at Mr. Langford; in the Great Piazza aforesaid. Conditions of sale as usual.

Panorama. This grand (but awful) subject, painted in oil, upon two thousand four hundred and sixty four square feet of canvas, represents the burning of his Majesty's ship the Boyne, of ninty [sic]-eight guns, which was esteemed one of the finest ships in the British Navy; She took fire by accident the first of May, 1795. As likewise, the miraculous escape of the Grand Fleet from the flames, which consisted of more than thirty-five sail. Executed by that celebrated artist, R. Dodd, author of the most naval prints which have been published during the present war. It is now open for public inspection, in a large temporary building, erected for that purpose, in Norfolk-Street, Manchester, from ten in the morning, till six, in the evening.
